Keeping it real on Los Rios Street: San Juan Capistrano family photographer

I loved working with the DB family - Paul and Aimee's desired balance of natural versus posed shots aligned perfectly with mine, so planning their shoot was remarkably easy. Not to mention that Eli and Georgia are the most adorable kids who ensured that the initial awkwardness that everyone feels at the beginning of a shoot dissipated quickly and there was lots of fun, hide and seek, bubble blowing and giggles which make the recipe for a perfect session in my book, and the entire shoot flew by quicker than we could say 'I'm forever blowing bubbles'.

San Juan Capistrano's historic district, centered around Los Rios Street is hands down one of my favourite local locations, with an eclectic mix of unique and quirky picture perfect spots - it's the ideal place to bathe in warm, rosy light as the sun disappears from view on another day. Mix that with this fun-loving family and i had a hard time singling out a few shots as favourites to share with you here.

Thanks to Hidden House Coffee for allowing us to take a few candid shots while we enjoyed a well earned coffee on their verandah.
